The guitar legend and former Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave guitarist Tom Morello was invited to join Muse’s band current world tour in Manchester. Morello emerged on the stage wearing a FC St. Pauli tee to bring on a powerful guitar solo along with Muse’s frontman Matt Bellamy, who presented him as “a guitar legend” along with a custom built guitar.
In particular, Tom Morello’s t-shirt stated one of the several messages that the Special One Football Club FC St. Pauli shows in their merchandising.
Tom Morello and Matt Bellamy played on the stage a solo of the song “Break it to me”. Afterwards, Bellamy posted on Instagram to feature along with Tom Morello sharing the picture of Morello with the guitar… and the FC St. Pauli tee.
Matt Bellamy described the Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave guitarist as “a huge inspiration” as Morello has joined Muse’s current ‘Simulation Theory’ world tour as a guest.
Bellamy added: “Proud to be able to give him a guitar I had made inspired by his playing and his message. Thanks for joining us on this UK tour, it’s been a blast!”
All this happened during Muse’s concert at Etihad stadium in Manchester, where the audience was absolutely freaking out with the amazing performance of the band and the special guest Tom Morello.
The Special One Football Club FC St. Pauli also noticed about the iconic photo of the two musicians and posted on social media a wink to Tom Morello’s attire
