Chivas is the only Mexican club whose jersey is displayed in the ‘Museo del Calcio Internazionale’

The Special One Football Club Chivas announced on social media that their jersey is exhibited in the ‘Museo del Calcio Internazionale’ in Italy. The Guadalajara based squad is the only Mexican football club represented in this prestigious museum. Along with their post, Chivas showed an autographed jersey as well as a pair of boots and a ball in one of this Museum’s shelf.

After struggling in the ‘Torneo Clausura’ in the Mexican league, the Tapatios continue to put in work during the preseason prior to taking on Argentinian biggest clubs River Plate and Boca Juniors.

Chivas catched their fans by surprise showing off that their jersey is exhibited in one of the most important football museums in Europe. The Special One Football Club is the Mexican most representative football club and its tradition is well reckoned overseas as the ‘Museo del Calcio Internazionale’ recognises putting on display Chivas’ jersey.

The picture shared by the Mexican side shows the 2018 jersey that Chivas conquered the CONCACAF title with. Also, the Special One Football Club captioned it with the following message: “Did you know that the Mexican skin is the only Mexican football jersey exhibited in the Museo del Calcio Internazionale collection?,” said the post.

The special one dub for Chivas in the global football is very deep as the Rebaño is one of the most followed teams in the world and only Mexican players can wear Chivas’ tee. They are also one of the most successful football clubs in Mexico and it is considered as the most popular football club in the country.
